Thank you for consigning with JBF Fort Smith! This page has everything you need to know for the upcoming sale. Join the consigning conversation in our private Facebook group and learn all the tips and tricks for cashing in on your clutter.
Consignor Drop Off
Drop Off is Wednesday, April 9th from 12:00pm - 2:00pm or 4:00pm - 6:00pm
at the Sebastian County Fairgrounds in Greenwood. By appointment only.
(This drop off is not for Valet Consignors. If you are interested in Valet, please email graceperkins@jbfsale.com).
Just bring your items inside to the inspection tables, and we will inspect it before setting it out on the sales floor for you. Inspection only takes a few minutes and then you are free to go!
Valet Consignor
Being a valet consignor means you don't have to do any tagging, but still get to make some cash and shop early! Valet consignors earn 45% on their sold items, minus the consignor fee and valet fee. This is a very popular service and spaces fill quickly. Simply fill out the agreement below, schedule a time to drop off your items, and we take care of the rest!
Consignor Presale
We love our consignors! To show how much we love you, we invite you to shop before we open to the public. Consignor Presale begins at 12:00pm on Thursday, April 10th. You're welcome to bring a friend, or two, or three. Friends don't let friends pay retail, after all.
Help at the sale and shop earlier and earn more!
Consignor Pay Day
Checks are issued 7-14 days after the close of the sale. We offer e-checks (emailed to you) or
paper checks (must bring self addressed stamped envelope to drop off for a paper check).
You can calculate your earnings through your JBF profile.
Consignor Pick Up
Pick up will take place at Sebastian County Fairgrounds on Monday, April 14th from 4:00-5:00pm.
Or you can take advantage of Consign & Store and your items will be stored for the next sale. (Just $12 for a storage unit?!)
If your items are marked for donate, they will be donated to Heart To Heart Pregnancy Center. They thank you for your generosity!
Items not picked up by 5:00pm are considered abandoned and will be donated.
Consign & Store
This option is great for returning consignors! We will store your unsold items for you until our next event,
plus deliver them to the venue when it's sale time again. Choose this option on your consignor waiver and make consigning even easier.
This service is only $12 and saves you time and closet space.
